Our History
In 2007, I quit my “Corporate America” job and took a leap of faith to pursue my dream of owning a real estate investment company. I had a genuine desire to help people sell their homes in any condition.
My hobby of owning a rent house evolved as a full-time passion. Our real estate investment company is supported by family and friends, which is great! When you choose us, you’re not only selecting a professional to buy your house, but someone who respects and puts your needs first. We believe in complete honestly, transparency and treat the relationship with our customers with the utmost integrity. We are a locally owned and operated, family business and we look forward to working with you!
How It All Started
My first memory of being in touch with real estate was when I was six and riding in the backseat of the family car. My parents were driving around the area looking to buy land in Medina, Ohio. They eventually purchased an 80-acre farm with a century-old house and a bank barn.
Childhood Farmhouse
I spent many fun weekends exploring the barn and acreage while my parents worked to fix up the farmhouse they still own today. The bank barn was eventually raised, but the farmhouse remains to date. We stayed there for a short while during my teens and then shared later in life with my wife.
About My Family
My wife, has been supportive from the beginning and has contributed largely to fulfilling my passion. She is originally from Bethany, OK and is a graduate of Putnam City West High School. We met while she was living in Louisville, Kentucky, and I was in Toledo, Ohio.
Shortly after we got married, we had the opportunity to move to Oklahoma City to reunite with her family. It’s a special place for us because we ended up raising our family here. We have two boys, and together, we share the love for barns, tractors, dirt, sand, and the great outdoors!
